Per the bylaws and restrictions of Georgetown HOA, improvements done to the outside of the home shall have prior approval of the board.  The board has 30 days to approve.  Please contact us for details and submit a complete proposal.  It is critical to get approval from the board of your project prior to commencing contracts as it protects you as a Georgetown homeowner from compliance issues in the future with restrictions.
