Letter of Good Standing Request

Everytime you sell your home, a letter of good standing is required at the closing in order to transfer the title.  This ensures that there are no open liens on the property that may have been filed by the HOA during ownership of the property.  We are a volunteer HOA board and carry many duties outside of the HOA business.  Therefore, we require 2 weeks notice in preparing a letter of good standing - please honor this request as your closing could be delayed until this letter is produced.
